The combination of extruded slats and the anti- storm system, composed by large section reinforced guides and hooks, makes this shutter the ideal solution for installations where it is required a particular resistance to strong wind pressure.

Safety requirements and performance characteristics in compliance with standard EN 13241-1

Rolling shutters WINDoor ISEA are designed and manufactured in compliance with the stringent safety requirements of the european rules.

The system has been tested and certified by TUV NORD testing laboratory, reaching Class 4 resistance to wind load until 20 meters wide.

Therefore, it is a certified product.

Anti storm system Class 4 UNI EN 13241-1

Anti storm system

System composed by different solutions studied on purpose to increase the withstanding of roller shutters against wind pressure.

Components of this system:

Vertical side guides + anti storm brackets

Anti storm brackets

Hooks and anti storm vertical side guides
Strong anti storm hooks fixed on the roller shutter slats. The special shape of vertical sliding side guides allows the grip and anchor of hooks.

Anchor pin on the floor
Roller shutter bottom slat equipped by a pin necessary for its anchor inside its proper housing immured in the floor. The pin is type “manual insert” and grants a strong withstanding against wind pressure.

Textile belts to reinforce

Installation of textile belts which are fixed on the bottom slat and on the shaft, increase the roller shutter resistance against wind pressure.

When the roller shutter width is > 8000 mm. a double reinforce will be applied on the bottom slat.
