La barriera modulare IMPACK® è una nuova chiusura per grandi dimensioni progettata nel pieno rispetto delle normative vigenti.

Realizzata appositamente per i grandi spazi commerciali (chiusure di barriere casse, gallerie commerciali, ecc...), le sue caratteristiche principali sono:

• Modularità di costruzione e montaggio semplificato senza l'intervento di mezzi di sollevamento.
  
  
• Installazioni senza limiti di larghezza.
  
  
• Ingombri di applicazione ridotti al minimo (guida ad "U" di 80x100 mm e 20% della luce in altezza a barriera impacchettata).
  
  
• Finitura standard in acciaio zincato a caldo (possibilità di verniciatura in qualsiasi colore richiesto

Informazioni tecniche

The cables are wound around the shaft by means of a sophisticated self-guided system that prevents cable overlapping. The shape is designed in compliance with UNI ISO 4308 and UNI 8612

Movement is guaranteed by a 380V three-phase/50 Hz gear motor complete with an anti-drop device.

Emergency control in the event of a power failure is always possible from the inside or the outside.

The controls are all 24V.

Two levels of control are available:

• for movement with an operator present, with complete visibility of the opening with pushbutton panel or key switch.
  
  
• for semi-automatic or automatic movement complete with double pair of photocells or flashing light.

Shutter made from galvanised steel and consisting of double "U" horizontal bars connected by pantographs.

The shutter is operated by means of high-security UNI standard galvanised steel lifting cables.

Special guides in polyxene 1000 positioned in strategic points prevent the cable from rubbing against other mechanical parts.
